All potential Artists must either submit a demo CD (with lyrics) containing 2 original songs or send 2 original songs via the internet.
Submissions should be no more than 4 minutes each and must not contain profanity of any kind.
Please include the following with each submission. Artist name, address, phone number, email address, name of songs.
Cads submissions should be sent to Gold Creek 4326 148th St. S.E. Mill Creek Wa. 98012. Att. Battle of the Acoustic Musicians
Internet submissions should be sent to larry@goldcreek.org in the form of mp3, wma, avi, mov or wmv.
All submissions must be received Midnight on Saturday June 14, 2008.
CD submissions will not be returned.
Announcement of selected artists will be Sunday June 15. 2008 at 3:00 p.m.. Notification will be through email and phone
Show will be limited to 8 performing artists
Each chosen artist will perform 2 original songs on June 22, 2008
Each artist will be given 4 free passes to the Battle of the Acoustic Artist event. Artist will also be given 25 - $5.00 tickets to sell to family and friends. It is not mandatory to sell these tickets but the Artist that sells the most tickets will be given performance order preference.
Each Artist performance will be judge on musical ability, vocal performance, stage presence, originality, lyrics, and musical content.
Special Guest Trent Monk will perform for 30 min. as scores are tabulated.
Winner will be announced at 9:00 p.m.
